Mining skid for longwall mining
The customer, Polska Grupa Górnicza, operates in Poland in the coal mining industry.
Inoxihp supplied a tailor-made plant for the customer’s operating requirements. The plant includes three PM400 pumping groups complete with a valve lift system and 250 kW motors.
The decision to use the valve lift system made it easier to load and bypass the pumps.
Overall, the flow rate is 1200 l/min with 35 MPa pressure.
Inoxihp supplied all the electrical power equipment and other devices such as tanks, pressure accumulators, high-pressure self-cleaning filters, a set of ATEX-certified low-pressure filters given that the pumping station was underground.
The plant was also fitted with a refined control system with wide ranging adjustment and monitoring of devices, allowing all the data to be viewed on a local display or exported to the SCADA system on the surface.
